– **Moderation Logs**: Content with moderation decisions (approved, flagged, or blocked) is stored along with decision metadata to maintain audit trails and service accountability
– **Training Database**: Flagged content (spam, hate speech, bot activity) may be retained in our training database to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives/negatives
– **Result Storage**: Moderation results, classifications, timestamps, and associated metadata are retained for service analytics and improvement
3.2 AI Training and Model Improvement
– We use flagged content (spam, hate speech, inappropriate material) to continuously train and improve our AI models
– This training enhances detection accuracy, reduces false positives/negatives, and improves service quality for all customers
– Content used for training may be retained indefinitely in anonymized or pseudonymized form
– You may opt out of having approved/clean content used for training, but flagged content may still be used to improve abuse detection
– Individual content is not shared with other customers; only aggregated patterns and training data are used
3.3 Third-Party AI Providers
– The Service uses third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Perplexity)
– Content may be transmitted to these providers for analysis
– Third-party processing is subject to their respective privacy policies – We select providers with strong privacy and security practices
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

– **Flagged/Blocked Content**: Content identified as spam, hate speech, or inappropriate is retained indefinitely (or for a minimum of 12 months) to:
– Maintain audit trails and accountability
– Train and improve AI detection models
– Prevent repeat violations
– Comply with legal requirements
– **Moderation Decisions**: All moderation decisions, including timestamps, classification types, and confidence scores, are logged and retained for audit purposes
5.3 Your Right to Request Deletion
– You may request deletion of specific content or your entire content history at any time
– Deletion requests are processed within 30 days
– Some content may be retained longer if required by law or legitimate business interests (e.g., investigating abuse, defending legal claims)
– Aggregated, anonymized data used for model training may not be deletable after anonymization
5.4 Usage Logs
Usage logs and analytics data are retained for up to 24 months for security, billing verification, and service improvement.
